About me

I’m a User Experience Researcher at IBM, leading research across the AI, Automation, and Data Platform. I currently focus on WatsonX, IBM’s generative AI portfolio, where I help teams develop and integrate AI and automation into enterprise products. I’ve also led research initiatives in IBM Sales, Resilience Engineering, and internal tooling, delivering insights that improve usability, guide product decisions, and support strategic goals.

I’ve been a researcher at heart for as long as I can remember, starting in kindergarten with my first school science fair. That early curiosity evolved into a deep passion for research, which I pursued through academic labs from high school through graduate school, at institutions including Stanford, Harvard, and Cornell.

I’m passionate about creating human-centered experiences and thrive in complex environments where I serve as a liaison between design, engineering, and business. I’ve worked in both design and research roles (with a tinge of development experience as well) and have been fortunate to receive several awards for my contributions.
